5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.             Registration and Networking

6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.             Welcome, Housekeeping and Agency Introductions

                               Acknowledgement of Participating Agencies

6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.             Meet and Greet Breakout Sessions

  • The Meet and Greet sessions are designed for vendor partners to introduce themselves to participating agency leadership representatives. These breakout sessions will be specific to a shared industry need or capability, such as broadcast/digital production, post-production, print production, research, etc.

7:15 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.             1:1 Networking

  • Each one-on-one session will be 10 minutes long to allow interactive time for vendor partners to share their company’s capabilities with participating agency leadership representatives, stakeholders and decision-makers. Five minutes are included in this 1.25-hour session for transitions.
  • Each table will have at least one agency leadership representative. 

Hors d ’Oeuvres will be served throughout the event.
